Some people who are older have upgraded their engagement rings. The price of my original was so long ago that the price wouldn't reflect today's prices. The upgraded one would, but I don't think that's the intent of your question! I am interested to see the results, though!

First ering, current ering, does it matter? Instead of feeling guilty, I ask myself two questions.
1. Can we afford it?
2. Will buying it put us in debt?
If I’m satisfied by my answers, I go for it and just use cost per wear to justify it.
