You can get a good condition Chelsea on Ebay for around $650-$800. Just be careful to do your research before buying.

I bought my Chelsea used on ebay for $650. It is in spectacular condition -- even the staffs at the various LV boutiques I have gone to while carrying it compliment it, and when I tell them how old it is they are shocked. I really think it is just the greatest bag -- not too big, not too small, perfect for work and travel. Also, it can be dressed up or down. I have carried it while wearing suits, and also while wearing capri pants and running shoes while traveling and sightseeing. Highly recommended!
