How much for white city?

As I would for any brand new bbag - I'd put it on maybe for about $50-100 less than retail.. then hope the bid goes up 
I'd hate to loose alot of $$ on a NEW balenciaga 
.. even $100 would prob. make me upset if it was never even used.
however, since that color combo is currently available it might be hard to get retail for it i hope i'm wrong.. hopefully someone else with more knowledge will answer.
