how much does it cost to replace all vachetta leather on BUCKET small bag?

Hmm...I was looking into this myself. I don't know about the bottom trim, but I know that straps cost $199 each...eek...

 

$199 each? It would cost $400 just to replace the handles?!?!?!

 

That's super expensive. You can get a bucket with a beautiful patina on eBay for less than that.
