Do you have one main bag + secondary bag for bulkier items (for work, kids, errands, etc.), or do you carry a bigger bag that can accommodate any bulkier items you might need?

Only one per day, which fit everything I need for the day. So mainly one at least medium sized bag or tote.
Oh, ok, I always have a cloth tote in my bag in case I manage to do grocery shopping after work or for other spontaneous cases you need more bag space.

Before Covid, when I didn’t WFH, I had a larger bag with laptop, etc. and a WOC inside to use for lunch, errands, etc.

When I go into the office, if I’m taking public transit, I would carry a Longchamp Le Pliage nylon tote with my laptop and files, plus a wristlet/WOC inside. If I’m getting dropped off and picked up, then I would carry a crossbody or medium size bag plus the Longchamp.
When not going to the office, I just carry one bag.

I usually carry only one bag. I don't really like the feeling of wearing/carrying multiple bags.
For work I have the Longchamp Le Pliage, and I'll put my lunch in there too lol, keys, wallet, and cell are in my pocket because I wear scrubs to you.
Going out to eat or for events, only one bag.
The only time I carry 2 bags is when I bring my dog out. He gets 1 small tote for his water and treats (+ I'll put in my sunglasses and water bottle) and I'll carry a crossbody bag for my things (wallet, keys, cellphone, lipbalm). I will admit, there are times when I find it a hassle but that's just me lol.
