Hi - I am wondering how long an USA -LV store would keep a bag in stock for sale? Can anyone closely associated with a store weigh in on this or anyone with first hand experience? I have heard that LV would destroy bags not sold within that production year. I am not certain if that is accurate but what length of time would a store keep a bag available for sale? I am eyeing a bag being sold "pre-owned like new" that the seller insists was purchased at an LV store (not via reseller) within the last 2 years but the date code reflects it is close to 7 years old. Something isn't adding up...
