had a problem with a purchase and seller said on the 2nd they would "glady issue refund" but i have not recieved it! they messaged me "Please respond and kindly let us know how you wish to proceed so that we can resolve your issue in a timely and appropriate manner." i responded i wanted a full refund! i can't remember the last time i had a problem with an order so i am not sure what the appropriate amount of time is allowed.
