As much as we try to establish a good relationship with one SA, at one point, our SA may leave H. I’m new to H and I’m trying to work with one SA. But today I leant that my SA is leaving because she is pregnant and is unlikely that she will come back. Please share with me your experiences and some tips to search for a SA who is likely to stay with H long enough for me to get my grail items:p Thank you!

I work with several SAs, one that is seasoned H who will NEVER leave, one who is newer, who may eventually leave, and one who was brand new, who actually left. This has been going on for a very long time, but I can say that I recently established a relationship with a newer SA who is trying her darndest to win my business. She is brand new, knows absolutely nothing but works hard to find things that I want. I had a good relationship with the boutique, so when my normal SA left, it was not a transition from scratch. I think it's good to develop a relationship with the "boutique" as a whole. It has worked well for me.

I agree with HM. I have a good relationship with two boutiques. In one, I use many of the SAs. In the other, I work primarily with one SA but am close with the SD as well.

.. had my DGM's SA, but he retired and I moved away so lost touch w/ all things H.
Moving back and rediscovering H, have made friends w/ several friendly SA's and SD's. Working collectively as a store .. does it matter? I think each SA's personal record deserves praise but I also think team work should prevail. So, an alert SD and fellow SA should acknowledge you as a frequent client, and your history w/ H, after all they are buying w/ you in mind. Business etiquettes.

I agree with HM. I use to work with my SA exclusively, but I have since made an effort to talk to the other SAs so my relationship is with the store as a whole (although I still go back primarily to my SA). This way, should my SA ever leave, I do know the SAs enough to carry on from there.

Thank you very much for your valuable advice: Hermesmonkey, Lulilu, FashionistaO, and Pyrexia:hugs:

I agree that establishing good relationship with the boutique is the key here! I was a bit disappointed and numb when I heard the bad news. But come to think of it now, I feel fine! More importantly, I have met great tpfers who kindly share their inventory updates with me on a regular basis! So why should I worry, right? :graucho: With helps from my angel tpfers and Fedex!! My H dream is within reach! I'm so blessed! Thank you!
