How long does it take from receiving tracking to FedEx receiving the package?

Hello!

I made a phone order for a bag last Thursday and received confirmation, got tracking via text. The tracking still has not moved (I.e, FedEx has not receive the package), is this normal?

I tried reaching out the SA but no response.
Would appreciate if someone can share some insights. Thank you!

In my experience, normal unfortunately. Sometimes it'll say "awaiting carrier pickup" and be on my porch the next day, no matter the carrier company used.
