How long does it take for items to go to the outlets?

At least a couple months, things seem to be staying in stores longer now. Because they're online exclusive they might not, or only go to large outlets. They tend to produce less quantity of online exclusives.
They are on their second release. Some colors are gone from FP. They may or may not show up at outlets soon. It depends on how well they sold. There might still be some on sale at department stores.
The only ones I've seen in the outlets are the haircalf ones. No colors are coming in from transfers/deletes yet.
