Please help me save!
I'm trying to save up for matching loves for me and my OH
I already have the YG love plain
We're looking to purchase two WG plain loves
I feel like saving for so long will be hard for me as I love to spend
I've come along way with my spending habits but need the support to do this and stick to it
There are also other pieces I must save for but one step at a time :)
So how long did it take you to save for your love bracelet ?
What kept you motivated to stick to it ?
Thanks for all support !

I like lanasyogamama's idea and that way you still have a bit of spend for smaller purchases so you don't feel deprived.

I've just saved for and bought a YG Love cuff (preloved but only eight months old so it didn't cost too far off the retail price) and found it hard initially but I kept focusing on how happy I would be when I finally got it and how, after I buy a bag/purse/other desirable item at the time, I normally get bored with it quite quickly!

I agree with Lana. If you do total cost and split out monthly saving amount and put them aside. I did that and then if I want to speed up my time, I sell the stuff and put the fund into it. Each year, I make a goal big purchase. There are time that I fallen into temptation but I tell my friend about it and mostly my friend help and talk me out and redirect to my original goal.

Another thing I did to save up for my love was go through my wardrobe and be ruthless with what I was not using and I took the time to post them in ebay so that pretty much paid for my love.

I have a lot of things I could sell
It's just taking the time to do the listings really
I have a Louis Vuitton papillon 26 , a very old balenciaga from like 2004 ... Clothes, plenty of shoes .. Though wouldn't selling shoes I don't have boxes for be difficult? I have new shoes but no boxes as I used to collect shoes x

It can take you all day. Just pick one Sunday or whatever day and go through everything and photograph them well and research other listings and take you time doing the listings. Maybe put 2 or 3 things up a day and then you won't have everything ending at once.

Yes, people do buy shoes without boxes. Good luck!

Thank you :) I know I need to just do it as it all just clutters the house really as I don't use any of it ever
