i have heard a lot about DE print having problems with print rubbing off especially on corners which exposes black canvas. Can you tell me more from your own experience after having DE for years?

I find DE to be the most forgiving of all the prints. I use my DE NeoNoe every day, in rain, stores, toss into carts, etc., and there isn’t a scratch on it, it looks the same as the day I bought it over 7 months ago. My DE backpack, used it on vacation, outside in the rain as well, no issues. Now both my azur bags have had transfer issues and sides rubbed, my calfskin leather bags the same deal, still love them don’t get me wrong, but I find I need to baby them more. DE is a workhorse.

I've had my DE MM Neverfull for 10 years (YIKES!!) and use it at least 6 months out of the year, usually more. It is still in amazing condition, and the print hasn't rubbed off the corners. The only wear I can sort-off see is on the leather trim near the handles. I'm still in awe at how amazing it looks after all the crap I put it through - shoving under the seat when I used to fly (tear), carrying it in the rain, etc...

I only buy vintage and that’s why I would never buy a DA bag....it is hard to find any after someone has had them for a year or two that still look fresh unless they are never used. All the downsides of vachetta and light colored bags in one. I see vintage DE bags that look amazing all the time!
