How hard to find Lindy?

I was in NYC last week taking advantage of the summer sales. I fell in love with a 30cm black clemence Lindy. Unforunately, I had purchased quite a bit already so I left with out it. Now I can not get it out of my head. I was wondering how hard is it to purchase a Lindy?

DH is spending a small fortune on diamond earrings for our 10th anniversary so I have a hard time asking for an H bag and I was thinking of having him buy it for my birthday several months from now, but is this something I need to snatch up while it's there or do they usually keep one in the back?

I don't think it's hard to find a lindy if you are fine with any colors

Lindys are fairly easy to find and I've seen a few black ones so, I don't think you will have too much trouble finding one when you are ready

I see them on the shelf every time I'm in the store. Not hard to find at all!

you dont need to worry about lindy. you can always order 1 anw..

No worries whatsoever. They are plentiful in the stores and any SA will be MORE than happy to find you what you want in the event they don't happen to have it in stock. And they will talk to you over the phone about a Lindy as well...

Yes, totally agree with everyone. Every time when I visit a boutique there at least a couple on the shelves, however they are not necessarily in black though!!

Thanks everyone! I have a lot of black bags so as long as I can find one ina semi-neutral color I will be happy. Now I just have to be patient enough until the time comes...

I think it will be quite easy. I asked in the SF store a few months ago, and they had tons in the store, probably 10-12 between the two sizes. The SA was also willing to order any color I wanted for me from another store. I need to go back and take him up on it. At the time, DH was dying to get out of the store and I couldn't sit there and noodle over the color I might want.
