How does Serpenti viper necklace lay?

I’m curious if anyone has tried this on or owns it? Does it usually lay as in the picture? Or is it constantly rolling around where you can never quite tell that it’s a viper?

Mine usually sits still for the most part.

The viper pendant has two bales on the top that the chain goes through. So it stays upright.

It’s stays intact. Does not flip. The pendant is pretty substantial.

I haven’t seen too many mod shots floating around either. I tried it on in-store recently though (rose gold, full pave version), and it sat really well right at the base of my neck. Super sleek and didn’t move around much. Would love to see real-life mod pics too if anyone has them.

Was it shiny? The chain didn’t seem shiny to me but I tried the wg pave and wasn’t that impressed.

The snake pendant does not rotate. The chain goes through a small loop on the pendant to maintain the position.
