How does Deer Brown wear?

Just wondering how deer brown wears over time? Does it darken like an oak bag does? Any pictures to share?

Asking purely for research purposes of course

I have a deer brown del rey in grainy print, it has worn really well, it looks new after 4 months of use. I don't baby it at all, it goes out in the rain etc all the time. I'm not sure if the soft grain leather comes in deer brown?

Ah I see. I have a few things in black soft grain, and it's softer and "squishier" than grainy print but I haven't had any problems with it. I wouldn't think you'd have any issues.
