Depending on your age, you'll appreciate a larger dial. My Movado is 38mm and my 65 year old eyes love it: I can tell the time without my readers. 
I love it on you. I wish I had bought the bigger size.
At first I thought you meant how the watch (bracelet fit) and was NOOO!
Ok, calm down Me, the face is the question and it is a perfect size. I have a 36mm also and love it--I bought the watch to tell the time (well, kinda ...) and it works for my eyes wonderfully. (telling the time was my main requirement--I have a gorgeous wonderful antique rose gold watch and the face is so tiny I never wear it--it is super dinky but so beautiful).
