How do you store your removable straps?

Hi.
Over the years I have purchased a few additional straps and chains for my bags. Currently, they are stored inside the last bag it was was worn with. Problem is, out of sight out of mind, I can never remember exactly what I have. I am looking for any storage tips that may help?? Thanks.

If it’s a strap I purchased on its own, it’s in its dustbag on the shelf I keep my bags on. If it’s removable strap from a bag, I keep it inside the bag it goes with.

Yeah, I have the same issue which is why I think I need fewer bags. And just fewer overall possessions.

Like I cannot find my scarves, my Chanel belts, and my accessories. I never know if they are at my vacation house, or somewhere in my closet, and cannot remember the last time I've worn them. Yeah....

Recently I saw a video where someone stored their belts in see-through boxes rolled up. I could imagine that this would also be a good solution for straps.
I for now also just store the straps in the bag it comes with or I used it last with.

I usually keep the strap inside the bag that it came with. I also have a separate drawer for random straps. I can’t stand chain straps so they are all there but I never use them. But at least they are all in one place.

I store mine on stackable acrylic organizers, with silica gel packets inside. I also try to air them out occasionally when I remember

Thank you for the input. Acrylic does seem to be the best option for visibility. I checked out Ikea for ideas with no luck.

I just recently purchased a hand/carry strap for my Noe GM from Etsy, so once I receive that, I'll just store it with my Noe, since it'll primarily be used for that bag.

I've stored them in this, it has drawers which makes it easy to reach them, anti slip on the bottom and because of the holes in the drawers they also get fresh air. So far I'm very happy with this storage solution!

Oh I like!! I'll look into this drawer design for all my other straps that have yet to be organized

I just roll it and put it inside the bag.
