I love some of the mm flats but a lot of them are pointy. Don't they hurt? My feet are normal to wide, certainly not narrow. Anyone with wider feet okay with mm point flats? When I've tried some on, my toes seem to scrunch at the front. I'm wondering if my feet will just get used to the shape?

Hm, I think I know what you mean, but maybe if you try to go up one size your feet will fit in the shoes with more room for the toes without getting too large? I often go up one size with pointy shoe models if the brand itself do not make those styles "longer" than the usual models, but often they do... I think that your supposed to leave more in the front for the toes in pointy shoes than regular just because of what you described 
You have to go one size up... I own a pair of pointy flats and I went half a size up...I am a 10 and got 10 1/2...that way you don't even feel they are pointy...
