How do you purchase from Hermes locations outside your state?

I've been trying to track down CDC bracelets, but every store I've talked to said they can only sell to you in person, in the location where the item is available. They will not do charge sales by phone, and an SA at my local store says he cannot transfer them in from another location for me.

Am I basically SOOL if I want a CDC that's in stock too far from me to visit without a plane ride?
