How do you open your Maise bag?

I've been using my maise bag for a few weeks now and I've noticed one side is kind of being distorted due to the way I'm opening the bag and the amount I put inside. I'm curious as how to you girls open the bag?
Pulling the handles away from each other?
Pushing the side inwards?
Pulling the flaps open?
:P

I have a mini maise so I'm not sure it will be helpful since it is smaller and more shallow but I just unzip and reach in. I don't really pull at the handles since I'm afraid of creases.

I found that when my bag wasn't "stuffed" it folds and creases on either left or right, sometimes both sides. I packed my bag w/ my daily essentials and I think b/c I organize the inside w/ pouches, it helps keeps it shape and it doesn't crease! Hope that helps. Mostly I think it creases not b/c of how you open but b/c of the weight distribution inside.
