How do you clean your purse, terrible stain

Hi ladies,
Just got the silverlake in amber, loved it, but I got it all stained. I was wearing this brand new dark jeans and got caught in a storm in central park last week lol. Typical tourist , anyway, when I finally got to the hotel I realized that my purse had been rubbing against my wet jeans and got all dark blue on that section. I tried washing it with shampoo and got about 1/3 out but it is still not in good condition.

I'm so sorry about your stained bag, not sure what the bag finish looks like but I've read about trying a makeup remover pad on a tiny area first and see if it helps..

I've used the silk cleaner from www.lovinmybags.com with great success to remove dye transfer from a kid bag.
