How do you carry your Menilmontant?

I find the MM to be a little heavy. Does anyone agree? I've been using it for 2 weeks now and can't figure out if I should keep it on the shortest setting or the third one down. I'm 5'2", 120 lbs. If I wear on my shoulder it will clumsily swing forward. Any complaints with this bag yet?

Oh, after 2 weeks of working with the strap heights, I exchanged it this AM for the Delightul PM.
I actually was having neck and back pains! The SA was so nice. Some people cannot carry cross body bags due to their bone structure. Before I bought the Delightful, I tried, Solgne Trocadero & Totally. Delightful was the lightest and the SA remarked how I carried it the best of all of them. Believe it or not that was the 1 st bag a SA showed me in early December & I declined. It was meant to be.
