how do i upload MY PROFILE PICTURE?

Ive been trying to upload a picture for my pofile, and it does not get posted or updated, only my username appears... can anyone help me please?

You want to upload an Avatar, not the profile picture.

You'll need to PM Vlad w/ a good, valid reason for doing so.
Vlad doesn't like to change usernames for people w/o a great reason. We can't change them ourselves.
