How do I Post Animated Gifs??

How do I post animated gifs? I tried by the url method but it just gets stuck there and the animations stop. :worried:

You can now attach animated gifs with a file size up to 200KB.

Thanks for the help! I just realised that the funny gif I wanted to share is 1.99MB huge so it's out of the questions to post.
