How Do I Include a Photo Under My Name???

Hi. I feel pretty foolish asking this, but for the life of me, I can't get my photo under my name.

I added a photo under Signature Photo.

I added a photo under Profile Photo.

But none of them show up under my name.

I see that the size of the photos differ.

Is that space under my name / ID the SIGNATURE box or the PROFILE box??

Anybody do this recently and can offer guidance?
