How come the leather on the keepall?

I wanted to know how come the leather on the keepall wrinkles? I saw a few auctions on ebay for authentic keepalls and they all wrinkle, mine does it too occasionally when it's not filled. Is it because it's not a structured bag?

The lack of structure is one thing and also the way it was or is stored can cause the canvas to wrinkle..that's why it's suggested that you stuff the Keepalls while they're being stored (i.e. don't let them fold in on themselves).

i think shes talking about the actual leather. my keepall has wrinkling on the leather straps like the one pictured too. it's pretty much gone since i've stuffed it though to keep it's structure.
