How cold is it where you live?

We are stationed here in Japan and this is our first winter. We opted to live out in a town and as fabulous of an adventure as it is..these homes have no insulation and no central air/heat so when we wake in the morning it feels like you are outside, but just no wind.:wtf: It is definitely not as cold as it has been back at home but I'd say it is in the mid 40's here

that's pretty damn freezing!

Not trying to disrespect you, but I did find it quite funny though that you emphasized that it was -40 CELCIUS while -40 C and -40 F is the same!

Anyway.. here in florida it's cold but not freezing. Oh well. In a couple of days I'll probably be swetting again.. whatever. Air-con for life.

-40 F and -40 C aren't the same...:confused1:

32 F = 0 C...am I remembering my high school chemistry right?
