How can Jomashop do this?

I just received the Fendi bag from jomashop, they even ironically included an official receipt for me.
They refuse to refund me b/c they are not sure if the bag was bought from them, then why would they give me the receipt showing all the details of the purchase?

How odd..I have no idea what's up with them. Again, sorry about all the trouble. Its their loss, they lost a good customer and I'm sure scared a few others.
