How can I determine my diamond's cut?

Oops! Not sure what happened with my link. It just says this:

Cut Grade: A grade of cut as determined by a diamond's face-up appearance, design and craftsmanship. A cut grade is available on round diamonds graded after Jan. 1, 2006.

I wouldn't bother getting re-evaluated, I'm just curious!

Take it to an appraiser! If your diamond is an RB and your GIA report has angles and percentages go to pricescope to see the ideal ranges for each of those numbers. You'll probably need an appraiser for any other cut.

Also check the numbers on the HCA on Pricescope.

That said, I don't really take GIA's cutrating into consideration, I really put my weight in AGS for that.
