I have sent an email to HoF head office querying whether this is actually policy and if so, why... Will let you know their response.

Went in today and despite firm request was still refused ticket for bag. Was given ticket for bracelet though?! Bizarre as reason given for not supplying with bag was ticket required for stock ordering!?

I get the ticket when I buy online, but I double checked my purchases and the Brompton store did not give me a ticket for my SBS. But the M store in Westfield has???
I think each store has their own policy?

Ooooh funny thing I have never received a ticket before but got one with my conker SBS from Westfield

i got a bag earlier from house of fraser oxford street and i asked to keep the card, but the sales assistant said they used it for their stock control too. i only got to keep the carecards

Received an email from their HO telling me it is their method of managing stock control and is policy NOT to give them out.....?!
