I wonder if Coach does this if you don't buy a bag from them? I bought a Cassie recently and would love my initials on it.

Not every store offers it, but here is the list of stores that offer it in house:

And you can get items you didn't purchase from that particular store monogrammed. Some stores will only do current items, call first to check.

I bought my bag from a different coach store and they still did mine.
