I have a couple of horizontal lines across the top of my nose between the corners of my eyes. My doc says Botox isn't effective with those lines. I think a filler would result in an unattractive bulge. Thoughts? Experiences?

Ask your doctor to address your "bunny lines." The neurotoxin will be injected very superficially (like crows feet), so they will come back sooner.
I've looked at bunny lines in online photos and thought they were vertical lines on the nose. My lines are where the forehead meets the nose.

Crazy, I only have crow's feet when I smile so I'm leaving them alone.

I do same lol
My office does a quick video prior to treatment; smile, frown, kiss, angry/squint & bunny nose from 3 angles.
I go about twice yearly, my main issue is upper forehead… I’m very expressive I think lol, and I raise my eyebrows applying mascara and that’s leaving its mark!

It was biopsied on Friday. My first one was on a nostril so the repair isn't that noticeable. This one is on top close to the tip so it would involve plastic surgery. A friend of mine who used to work for a plastic surgeon was telling me stuff yesterday that wasn't pretty.

Thanks for the good wishes! :flowers:

My results came in - yep, it's a basal cell carcinoma. I joined the BCC group on Facebook and am getting good info there including a recommendation to get the surgery done by a Plastic Surgeon, preferably one trained in Mohs. What I'd really like is for the Doc to make my nose look nicer in the process. I don't need a fancy or famous nose. Just the one I used to have as a teen. It'll mean some $$ out-of-pocket but I'll have something to look forward to!
