Back in October, I sent my Limited Edition flap off for a repair. One of her little gold medallions had fallen out (and was nowhere to be found!). She's one of my favorite bags, so I missed her very much. Needless to say, I was glad to receive the call on today that I could pick her up! Anyone care to see how her 'surgery' turned out?

Here she is, all ready to go out on the town! Tried to take better photos, especially of the little 'cc' medallions'. The one on the left had fallen off. The madamoiselle clasp is lucite, and I'm glad they didn't have to relace it as well.

Congrats on the return of your bag professor!
may l ask you how long it took to get your bag repaired?

It took eight weeks. However, I was thankful that it wasn't longer. The SA told me that sometimes with specialty bags, if you no longer have the part (in this case, tiny medallion), they have to send it to Paris, which can take a really long time.
