Cle de peau stick concealer, it's creamy, doesn't settle in lines and lasts all day with a touch of translucent powder on top. It's expensive but it takes very little product so it lasts a long time.

Totally agree! I love the radiant creamy concealer for under eyes and the soft matte concealer for blemishes/dark spots etc. I've lost count how many times I've repurchased them.

Also just want to add that I am NC35 in MAC shades and NARS do an impressive amount of shades for WOC.

I'm old with chronic dark circles. When I say I've tried every concealer known to man, trust me. I even tried Juvederm injections. I like Cle de Peau. Heavy pigmentation for coverage...expensive but lasts a long time. I am very fair and layer ivory over honey, the honey color neutralizes the blue tone especially in the corners. You specifically asked about a concealer for women of color. Cle de Peau offers several good options.
