Kate Spade Holly Street Ashton - Shipping Creases! :(

Hello everyone,
I am an avid reader of almost all the threads on this forum - and I was wondering if anyone could help me with these creases. I ordered the Holly Street Ashton in Giverny Blue (my dream bag ) off ebay, and it came brand new with tags but the handles were folded down during shipping, so there are creases on the front and back of the bag in exactly the shape of the handles. This is really upsetting because I paid a bit over $300 for the bag and want it to be perfect! I know someone posted a how to get creases out of a bag thread but the solution was for soft leather - this is relatively hard leather. So far I have tried just using leather conditioner and regular stuffing for half an hour but then I decided to get advice before I continued. Any and all help would be appreciated! There is a post around (recent) about someone who got a pebbled bag from KS that had a crease. She was able to get it out by leaving the bad in the bathroom while she showered with hot, hot water. The steam and the stuffing in the back did it. I don't know the specifics but it's worth looking into it.

thanks guys its been stuffed for a while now because of winter. the creases are better but not fully but its such a beautiful bag i dont even mind
