I don't know if anyone has had problems with BlondeLA. however I once ordered something and decided I wanted to return it and I spoke to someone before returning it just to make sure they would accept it. I sent it back and never got my money back and nobody picked up or responded to my emails. Maybet hat was just a one time bad experience...

so now I am iffy about ordering with them again.

Yes, they have terrible customer service. I would not recommend shopping with them.
