HOBOS - Are they discontinued?

Hello Ladies, I'll be purchasing my first ever Balenciaga and just want to ask if the Hobos are really discontinued. I scored a really great deal over at ebay. Its a black one with GSH. I wanted a Day and I thought they were the same. It was too late when I found out they were different since I already accepted the second chance offer of the seller.

Please enlighten me. Thanks!!

Understandable how that misunderstanding could occur. In online listings, I often see the Day referred to as a Hobo - I guess just to describe the style. The "real" Hobo is actually correctly referred to as the Giant Hobo because it only came with giant hardware. BTW, the Giant Hobo is a great bag.

Both styles are great -- I prefer the Day because it's lighter and has a greater slouch

I wasn't aware that the Giant Hobo has been discontinued. I purchased it in Amethyst, and also have it in Aquamarine.
