I was opening a pouch last night that I carry my plain band in when I go to the gym. And the snap broke off. Do you think they will replace that?

^ Maybe if you are a good costumer. I once bought a few very expensive pieces and the SA gave me a handful of those snap pouches... he just included them with my purchase.

Just go to the store ask them for one nicely, i am sure they will oblige you. If SAs are nasty, just ask for the store manager, throw him/her a $100 bill ask is that enough for your miserable pouch...:p That's probably what i will do, i can't tell for you. But again if you are nice, they should be nicer if not just get nasty. I am sure if you are nasty, they get panicky.

I might just take you up on that actually!

I may make a trip over to frontenac first, the SAs in our local store are quite snooty. They must not get they work in retail in st. louis. It's really sad. If you aren't buying a diamond ring or something really pricey they don't seem to give you the time of day.

Ill bring the damaged one with me and see if they will replace it...if not I may buy yours from you ;)
