some of the blogs I posted have different styles, I remember I saw on one a full step by step tutorial but I don't remember which one it was =( they are quite helpful though!
I am usually wearing the most normal style that is a long shawl wrapped around with a cap underneath so the hijab does not keep slipping (with help of some pins), i go through most of the day without adjusting my hijab at all.
In my many travels over the years I have seen increasing numbers of Muslim women wearing a hijab, I am always fascinated by the interesting ways that some women have taken the look and made it their own and turn it into high fashion. I know this is a very old thread, but this article was in the New York Times a few days ago, so I thought I would post it.
I hope it's ok to reply here to the OP I don't personally wear a hijab but I guess you could say I am an admirer of the way these women so fashionably wear headwear 😍.
I thought I'd post a link to this thread too as some of the concepts you mentioned of remaining more modest but fashionable might be found here?
