Has anyone seen the new TIKI (I think that's what it's called) line at the Target cosmetics area? It's some Swedish line, i think

It is high priced. I wanted to try out their makeup, especially the concealer but the retail on it was $35. It was a sizeable stick but I was so surprised to see these prices. It's just a section in the regular cosmetics and I'm wondering if any one has tried this line out and what they think of it.

For those prices, I would have thought they would have an SA behind a special counter, like the department stores!

Yes, I mean, their lines from established designers like Missoni and handbag designer I can't remember -- they are reasonably priced.

The TIKI concealer looked like it could be very good quality but sitting next to $10 concealers, it's a hard decision. I did see the Jemma Kidd line as well, I wonder if her shadows are as good as MAC, they looked very pigmented. I forget the prices on her line tho, but it was high enough not to grab one on the spot... I guess I can't reconcile the prices with Target but that concealer is calling to me... LOL

I think you mean Pixi. Pixi is a Swedish brand that is sold in Sephora, and the creator of the original Pixi line has a line for Target now as well. Napoleon Perdis and Jemma Kidd also have Target lines. I looked at the products, and I wasn't impressed. I also think they are overpriced. I would be better off just buying MAC or another department store brand.

I was not impressed either, especially with the Pixie lines. I was thinking about getting a neutral palette but then decided I'd rather save a bit more and get a Dior one or the BB instead.

Wow, funny I should find a post about this!

I was at Target last night wondering if I should try some of this Pixi stuff. I eventually decided against it because I'm an all out MAC girl and figured my money would be better spent on MAC.
