High end black designer bag for laptop and files

I am looking for recommendations for a high end designer bag that will meet this criteria:

Black leather
Shoulder wear option for travel
Will accommodate a 13 inch laptop easily - has to withstand laptop wear.
Will accommodate a notebook, some files and wallet, easy access for phone
Will be durable and last for a long time
Will look expensive and classy but not flashy - need for visiting very conservative clients. Must be beautiful though, otherwise I will not get the "bag fix" feeling while wearing it...
Can be placed under the seat on a plane

Brands I will not consider for this particular purpose, although I use and adore otherwise: LV - too flashy for this purpose. I have a Luco tote which meets all these needs but it is an LV and will be a potential red flag on this job. Bottega Veneta - these bags require extra care and will break my heart to put them to this heavy duty wear. Prada - I am not in love anymore.... Michael Kors or Tory Birch or Rebecca Minkoff - lets just say these are not my cup of tea,,,,,,,

SLP SDJ or Cabas Rive Gauche, Gucci Jackie Soft Leather Top Handle, Want Les Essentiels has great work pieces (I get compliments on mine, but it's not recognizable as a brand, which is nice), and perhaps Ferragamo or Tod's?

Mulberry Bayswater black in glossy goat or croco print. Also, a few years ago there was a Mulberry For Apple (or was it Mulberry for Mac?) Bayswater model with an extra compartment for a laptop; maybe they still have it, or they will do it again?

I suggest Just Campagne bags.
There are several models in lots of colours and wonderful leather.
All their bags are French made.

Loro Piana has some nice-looking bags and aren't particularly recognizable.

Perhaps Mark&Graham. The leather seems nice and the initials had a classy feel too. Perhaps something by Goyard? A lot won't recognize it unless they're 'in the know'

How about the Diorissimo? The medium size should be able to fit your laptop. There is also a large size.

The leather is a thick, rich taurillon which is durable and also soft to the touch. The bag is incredibly well-made. It features the inside-out construction similar to the Hermes Birkin's construction.

It also comes with a detachable shoulder strap and detachable zippered pouch that can be used on its own as a clutch or portfolio.

Maybe the Saint Laurent SDJ? It is similar to some Pradas in shape though.

I think Navy is preferable to black as a neutral color. This Wellington & Cromwell tote fits 13" macbooks. Its crafted from soft pebble grain calfskin with a light blue pigskin lining and forged brass hardware.

This looks a lot like Hermes' Garden Party!

The Hermes Garden party has a twill lining (not the really nice soft goatskin like the Birkin) while the Wellington & Cromwell has a beautiful blue pigskin lining so while they look similar, the Wellington & Cromwell bag is nicer than the Hermes and thats before you compare the price, 300 vs 3200 for the hermes

It's nice for the price but definitely not nicer.
