Hi everyone :) has anyone tried radiofrequency or hifu to slim your face? Something like facetite, ultherapy, thermage, oliglio, morpheus8, etc? There are soo many different options and they're all quite expensive, I went in for a consultation and the surgeon recommended these to slim my face but I'm dubious whether they are actually effective or if I should just get face lipo or a mini facelift even though I'm in my 20s. He also recommended Kybella to slim the face but I've also heard not so great things about that. Has anyone had any experiences with this, good or bad? Thank you!

Omg I don't think you need a face lift in your 20s unless you have severe sagging from like FC surgery. Save it for when you get older! Maybe give hifu a try? The official website for ultherapy has some before/after results. Also, if you're currently in Korea, try to consult with a dermatologist for a second opinion. They usually offer free consultations.

I agree, these fat melting treatments are for the 30+, when you are 20 you have plenty collagen don't ruin yourself with this stuff. for the V line I read about ''liftera'' which is not invasive or dramatic like Ulthera or shrink

Hello, if you re in your 20s, dont do face lift. U can do fat burning injection to yr cheeks and do lifting procedures like thermage, ulthera , hifu, shurink. Do it often based on your doctor’s recommendations. It takes time to finally achieve a slimmer face but u will see difference even at your first treatment. Pls dont do face lift and buccal removal. All you need is tightening/lifting treatments. Hope it helps

speaking as someone who got a facelift in korea in my 20s, i would not recommend it but i also wouldn’t recomnend those nonsurgical procedures like ulthera, they don’t work or at least didn’t for me.

Yes i think some will benefit from ulthera, some not. My face was very chubby in my 20s, so fat injections and more “invasive” non surgical methods work well for me. But i know some people have sunken face from ulthera too. So really in your 20s, consult with your doctor, try the least invasive treatment lifting treatment and gradually increase it as you age.

I tried Shurink and other HIFUs and in my opinion they don’t do much ( I’m in my late 20s) however Inmode is a game changer. It’s the most popular treatment in Korea for the v line but there’s downtime because of the bruising

Hello, has someone tried liftera? It is the cheapest and least painful/invasive hifu treatment as far as I have researched.
Also does hifu help with genetic sunken dark circles?
Hifu is generally painful (all lifting treatments), but i tried shurink and ulthera, ulthera is much more painful (or myb im weak lol), ulthera in my country is done with anesthetist injection around cheek area, so there’s zero pain, i can only feel the pain on my forehead and under eyes.
Shurink (universe) i did that without anesthesia, painful but bearable.

Sunker dark circle = filler, collagen stimulator injection, laser. Pls consult with your doc whats best for u :)

I might be able to answer you! I have done both, but in different places so take this with a pinch of salt.

I did hifu for face and holy hell, it was not easy at all. But I do see the slight difference but I feel it’s only temporary.

For fat melting injections I did it on my thighs and calves and the result was quite prominent for me, didn’t take too long to show up. But you would have to do more research in this area.

And like what the others have said, you’re so young for face lifts. I’m looking into doing a mini lift in September, but that’s only because I did removal of my buccal fat and double chin lipo and my face have sagged a little.

Thank you!! What did you think about shurink? I am scared to lose the fat on my face cause it is the only thing that makes me look young, but I kinda want that weird alien V chin ahah

You will not lose fat that easily.. ;) it takes many sessions to actually lose your fat, esp if your face is rather chubby (mine is). I actually can see shurink result within a week. Based on my experience, result of all lifting/fat burning treatments should be seen immediately after treatment.. I might do shurink again in 1-2 months..

for fat injections how many sessions did you end up doing? Can I get away with two?
