I noticed two of my Kelly bags purchased in the last 3-5 years from
The boutique do not have the H sign in front of the pull zipper- but the birkin I have does. Online everywhere says the H is a sign of authenticity on the zipper- but since the Kelly’s came from the boutique- this clearly can’t be the only rule to the zipper-

Has anyone else experienced this and any thoughts why some bags are left without it?

Thank you for the pictures. I think I may be misunderstanding what you mean by “H sign”. Are you referring to the zipper stop (which should be at the far right end of the zipper) or the zipper pull itself? In either case, the age of the bag will determine what types of hardware are used. If your Birkin is older, it may feature different details than your newer Kellys.
