"Hermés" wallet on the RealReal

Hi ladies, I'm a newbie to the Hermès universe and I've learnt so much just from lurking on the forum! Just wanted to share something I came across which had me doing a double take.

I was looking at Hermès Kelly wallets on the RealReal and came across this listing: https://www.therealreal.com/product...-mysore-kelly-classic-wallet-5tu8i?position=8

Am I the only who sees it spelt "Hermés" on the hardware in the third photo on super zoom?? I'm uploading the photo as well in case the link disappears.

I ended up getting a secondhand Kelly wallet locally. This really puts me off considering buying from TRR!

I submitted a complaint with their online form. I don't think I saw a direct link on the page to report the item! If I missed it do let me know!

Just for giggles, I did a search on TRR for a Kelly wallet like the one you are talking about. I found a similar listing. Here’s what I found.

The closeups you reference are not shown. And from I know from TRR, they don’t have extra pics lying around. It takes MONTHS for them to update a listing.

^ What mrsinsyder said! If you click into the third picture and hover, and then zoom in, you will be able to see it

While on the topic, there are actually quite a few Kelly wallet listings on TRR where you can't even see the engraving on the hardware because of the reflection of the light. Personally, I wouldn't buy a secondhand item based on only 4 pictures. I've only bought from 2nd hand sites where they're able to send multiple photos from different angles in lieu of seeing it in person. Not sure if TRR offers this service!
