I got one @ the Changi Airport T2 store in 2007 and then another @ the Hermes store in Florence in 2009... I spotted some in Takashimaya before but not since 2010!

Hi sorry I was in a hurry so didn't ask the price but size is about as big as a b35. It is the Singapore airport, terminal 2. Although I imagine it's probably gone by now.
