I have just purchased an Hermes Kelly 32 in Togo leather with PHW. I would love to keep my bag in the best condition possible. What are best practices to keeping the leather clean and conditioned? What products if any do you use?

A soft goat hair brush to gently dust it after each use and to store it away from heat/light sources inside its dust bag is a good start.

Anything else becomes risky (different products react differently and if you take too long to apply a product or use too much you can stain / oversaturate the leather).

It is often best to follow @papertiger ‘s advice and to simply use the spa. This guarantees your ability to use their services long term since the spa can refuse to service items which have been worked on by third parties.

Albeit as @rumes mentioned Saphir makes some of the best products on the market. The macadamia cream from their gold label line is their most gentle formulation. I’ve used their lotions on anything from box leather to Himalayan croc with great success. (Saphire reptile for the croc)

Hey! Yes they can fix spots where leather was rubbed or damaged or without color. It depends on wear and tear, but usually they do their best.
Thank you so much. The corners are very damaged to the point that you can see the white under. I am hoping to buy preloved as it’s the colour and spec I’ve been looking for, but wondered if it’s worth the risk if H can’t do anything about it. Thanks again x
