Hermes system phone vs online

I started shopping at Hermes recently and had an odd experience with their system. The first time in the store I entered my information on the SA’s work cell phone. Then 2nd and 3rd time I was there, the SA couldn’t locate my information in her computer but can find it on the phone. Should I be worried that my purchases are not being recorded?
 
I think I have at least 3 customer accounts that I am aware of.
1. My online account that ships to my parents house (while I was living there), under the name I go by, and old cell number.
2. My in person profile (previous SA created with wrong information, old cell number, old address, but correct email address.
3. Another in person profile with my correct name, correct address, correct phone number, and correct email address that my current SA and the SA I hope to stick with for the rest of my life.
I do not argue, I stick to #3, but with upcoming move, I fear it’s going to be a mumbo jumbo.
