I read on Madison Avenue Spy that Hermes was having another sale. I was wondering if anyone was going. I read horror stories from last year and was a little worried about even making the effort.

Yes I just saw this and my friend is trying to drag me to this mess and I just told her hells to the noooooo. I'm surprised there would be more chatter in the Hermes thread about the upcoming sale.

I went. I had a ticket though. By the time I got in they only had enamel bracelets and a few leather ones.
Clic h were sold out, but I heard they didn’t have as many as last year and in very few colors. Shoes were mostly sold out except for sizes 5-7. Lots of scarves, but the limit is 4. They are restocking though so who knows what merchandise is coming tomorrow. It’s first come, first serve tomorrow. No tickets. I would get there early.

There is a crew of females that is skipping the line and once inside they work together as a team to distract the security guards and these females are trying to do a bait and switch with the shoes that they are trying on. They would ask for a pair of shoes to try on and take their old shoes and put those on top of the shoe box and keep the new shoes on and put their old shoes back in the box thinking that maybe the Hermes employee would not open and check the shoes in the box. Security caught onto their scam and alerted the employee who was working the shoe area to keep a watch very closely on these females. From what I was told this crew is at least three females that so far been to at least two days of this sale.
