I think there is no answer to this question. A lot of them will have excellent service and as to which one is best is entirely up to individual experience. Also different customers will have different experience in a particular store.

Personally, I think 99% of the Hermes stores we've been to are very friendly, with the exception of 1 or 2 stores.

I have been to the KOP store outside of Philadelphia several times and unfortunately have found the SA's to not be very attentive. The attitude was like " how soon do I get out of here" and "not a customer, now I have to do something". When your paying for top of the live products I'd appreciate appropriate service.

The Tyson's Corner boutique in Washington D.C./Virginia has really nice, down-to-earth SAs plus it is a good sized store. The South Florida stores (Bal Harbor & Palm Beach) are the opposite.
Hermes at Tyson's Corner VA provides SUPER SUPER EXCELLENT service! Can't be better! Store manager is such a sweet heart and SA is sweet as honey and truely down to earth! I LOVEEEEEEE them! Hermes at Tyson's Corner VA store is always at a special place in my heart~:love:!!!

I've only been to 3 so far and I have to say they all have been wonderful! I've not had poor service at any of them.

Houston has to get my pick for the best of the best though. Seriously awesome SA.

BH was very good as well even though they were about to close - even got follow up all the way across the country from the SA there! And LV Bellagio also very friendly and helpful.

So far so good!!!

I live in the bay area too. Just bought my first enamel bangle and had a great SA. Her name is Lydia and she's the manager. I've been browsing for a Birkin and only came away with an occasional scarf. She's always very friendly and down to earth.

The new one at Encore in Las Vegas, I've received absolutely amazing service, South coast plaza and rodeo drive they're pretty uptight, I definitely agree with Tyson's Corner and San Francisco having amazing service (they listed every Birkin and kelly they had available for sale when I expressed interest!) and of course Paris Rue Faubourg, but not George V, they seemed entitled there
