Hermes Short Jumping Boots in black hardware

I bought Hermes Short Jumping Boots in black with black hardware from online reseller. I didn't know these boots came in black hardware. I only saw this in pladium hardware. This is a nice surprise, I prefer the all black look but does anyone know if this was available in black hardware?
Maybe a long time ago?

I have them also. Mine are at least 10 years old, probably older (I’m getting old and it’s hard to remember!)

The black hardware is called ruthenium. I have seen then done on Jumping Boots at least twice: once was a few years ago, and if I recall correctly, the sole of the boot was different, too (rubber?).

Mine are from before then. The shorter Jumping Boots have only been available for sale here in the US for the past few seasons, and before that, they were available only in certain Asian countries, with proportions to fit those clients better. Mine are from a friend who got them from there (the top of regular-height Jumping Boots hits at the back of my knee, so I can’t wear them). The shaft is really narrow, too.

When Jumping Boots fit correctly, they’re soooo good, so I felt really lucky to get them, and even better because I don’t love PHW and Ruthenium goes with everything. Enjoy yours!

I don't know about the availability in the short version but I bought my original tall Black Box Jumpings personally from FSH, and they have the dark Rhuthenium hardware. I believe they were from about 12 years ago. They fit me perfectly and I wear both cuts, my first pair was the short, in Acajou and on sale, 70% off. I just saw your post and coincidentally am doing my annual check of my boots/ coats/ furs, ready for winter.

My Black Jumpings have performed well in the Paris rain especially with the non-slip rubber soles. The Rhuthenium buckles look silver but I think it's just the reflection from the floor. I hope you are enjoying yours this winter.

hi right now they are available in paris but for men in black hardware..they discouraged me from getting those because the fit would not be ideal
